Stencils are made of high quality and durable 10 ml food safe plastic for a professional finish and repeat use.
Stencils can be used in a variety of ways on cakes, cookies, chocolates and cupcakes to create stunning effects.
To use with lustre dusts, simply place stencil over freshly iced fondant or royal icing surface, roll with a rolling pin, smear stencil with vegetable fat and use a soft brush to dust with lustre.
To use with airbrush or coloured food sprays, hold or secure stencil in place and spray.
To use with chocolate, spread cooled, melted chocolate evenly over stencil and gently lift stencil away. Ensure chocolate is cooled to avoid melting the stencil and the chocolate covering the cake.
To use with royal icing, secure or hold stencil in place, spread royal icing evenly over stencil with a spatula and gently lift stencil away.
To use with glitters, sugars, sprinkles and icing sugar, simply hold stencil over iced goodies and sprinkle away.
